So first we talk about "what are natural resources" ????? Natural resources are the things that exist naturally in the earth and not made by human beings such as air, land, water, coal, oil, petroleum, wood, minerals, fauna, flora, forests, petroleum etc............ and also we can divide them as renewable and nonrenewable. renewable are the are the once that can be replenished naturally like animal life, plants, wind etc... and nonrenewable resources are form extremely slowly and do not naturally form in environment such as diamonds, fossil fuel, ore, natural gas etc............. .
The planet we live (Earth) is 8,000 miles wide and 24,000 miles circumference.we humans are at population of 7 billion people and it's increasing million and half people every week, so it's really crowded and it's time to us to take a look, the problem of "running out of NATURAL RESOURCES" that cause because of this overpopulation.
More than one third of the natural world has already been destroyed by man and this has happened in just the last 30 years.That is not all, because the forest cover on the planet has already started to sink by about 12% and biodiversity in the oceans has been depleted by 33% while the rate at which the freshwater ecosystem is being depleted stands at a staggering 55%. It is estimated that the population of the world will reach 9 billion in 2050. So if we continue over exploitation of natural resources at this rate definitely we have to face this problem in next few decades. otherwise we have to find alternate solutions for this matter like colonizing in outer space in near future or finding alternate resources - eg:- instead of OIL using solar power, wind power etc.........
